Private-label phone support option is now available for Canadian and US partners.
LiveRepair.com has extended the list of customizable solutions and now a private-label phone support service, TekLine, is available for North-American partners. TekLine is an emergency phone support service that is used in cases when registered customers are unable to logon to the support web site. TekLine is a callback service that features a guaranteed 10-minute response time.
TekLine is a part of outsourced partnership program and is provided to our partners at no additional cost. As another additional feature to LiveRepair.com's services, call center with direct phone numbers is also available now for our partners. However, it is not included in standard outsourcing program and is subject to additional negotiations. With this new service, LiveRepair.com offers today a full range of premium quality support outsourcing services.
